The Standard, Brussels is seeking a Front Office Agent to join a dynamic team delivering exceptional hospitality from pre-arrival to post-departure. You will welcome guests, handle inquiries, and anticipate needs in a high-energy, boutique hotel setting in Brussels.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year(s) of Front Office experience in lifestyle or city centre hotels, with a natural flair for service, strong relationships with guests, and flexibility across shifts, weekends, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Proven background in customer-facing roles, ideally in lifestyle hotel or large city centre hotel.
• Fluency in French and/or Dutch in addition to English is preferred.
• Flexibility with working hours, including shifts, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests from pre-arrival through post-departure to provide exceptional hospitality.
• Assist guests with queries and unexpressed wishes, creating a delightful and surprising experience.
• Manage administrative tasks and guest interactions efficiently in a high-energy environment.
