The Belson Brussels, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage guest bookings with accuracy and a focus on revenue growth. You will handle enquiries, amendments and cancellations across phone, email and online channels while coordinating with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Strong OPERA PMS knowledge and familiarity with Marriott standards are essential. The role requires customer-focused service, attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel reservations role or similar position.
• Experience with OPERA PMS is essential.
• Familiarity with Marriott systems is highly advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage reservations and guest communications across phone, email and online channels.
• Update OPERA PMS and Marriott systems with guest profiles, rates and booking details.
• Apply correct rates, availability and promotions to maximise revenue through upselling.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales and Groups for VIPs, group bookings and special requests.
• Prepare reservation reports and maintain high Marriott service standards.
