The Reservations Agent at Hospitality Jobs Belgium supports guest bookings with accuracy and efficiency, maximizing room revenue through effective bookings, upselling, and inventory management across channels in line with Marriott standards.

The role collaborates with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales and Groups to ensure reservations align with hotel strategy; requires strong OPERA PMS knowledge and familiar with Marriott systems, rates, and packages.

Qualifications

• Experience with hotel reservations and guest communications.
• Familiarity with OPERA PMS and Marriott systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage reservations and guest communication: handle enquiries, bookings, amendments, cancellations and guest requests across channels, coordinating with hotel departments.
• Maintain accurate reservation systems: update OPERA PMS and Marriott systems with guest profiles, reservations, rates, room types, payment details, special requests and booking conditions.
• Support revenue management: apply correct rates, availability, restrictions, packages and promotions; monitor booking patterns and inventory; identify opportunities to maximise revenue through upselling.
• Coordinate hotel operations: work with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales and Groups to manage VIPs, group bookings, special requests, arrivals, room preferences, and operational requirements.
• Deliver excellent guest service and reporting: maintain Marriott service standards, provide personalised guest support, prepare reservation reports, know hotel facilities, room types, rates, packages and programmes.
