Qualifications

• Background in electrical engineering or related technical field.
• Good command of English and Dutch; French is a strong advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or after sales role.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound hotline calls and provide professional technical support to customers and installers.
• Troubleshoot issues related to inverters, energy storage and other renewable energy products remotely and on-site.
• Conduct on-site visits for diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and system commissioning when required.
• Collaborate with internal technical team to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions, service visits and troubleshooting activities.
