Job summary

EcoSource n, a growing innovator in energy storage and ES Flow batteries, seeks an electrotechnical engineer to design solutions, validate components, and support R&D. You will contribute to energy cost reduction, independence, and CSR goals while operating in a dynamic, expanding team in Belgium.

The role requires 5–10 years in the energy/ electrotechnical sector, knowledge of standards, and a driving license. Fluent Dutch/English/French preferred; company car provided.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in electrotechnical engineering or energy tech.
• Good knowledge of relevant technical standards.
• Autonomous and flexible in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Assist team in designing solutions and solving technical challenges.
• Select appropriate technical components and validate supplier specs against local regulations.
• Contribute to battery production R&D and project problem solving.
• Work with customers to reduce energy costs and carbon footprint.
