• Handle inbound hotline calls and provide professional technical support to customers and installers.
• Troubleshoot issues related to inverters, energy storage and other renewable energy products remotely and on-site.
• Conduct on-site visits for diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and system commissioning when required.
• Collaborate with internal technical team to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions, service visits and troubleshooting activities.

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our after-sales team in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate should have a background in electrical engineering or relevant industry experience, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound hotline calls and provide professional technical support to customers and installers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to inverters, energy storage systems, and other renewable energy products, providing timely and effective solutions remotely and on-site.
• Conduct on-site visits for diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and system commissioning when required.
• Collaborate closely with the internal technical team to analyze, investigate, and resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, service visits, technical reports, and troubleshooting activities.

Requirements

• Good command of English and Dutch; French is a strong advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar technical support or after-sales role.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel for on-site support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• A background in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related technical field is preferred.
