OMP is seeking a User Engagement Consultant to coach customers’ key users and planners on the OMP planning solution. You will help users understand fundamentals of supply chain planning and act as the first point of contact for tool-related questions.

You will support validation, map complex problems to clear workflows, and design comprehensive training that improves master data quality and planning actions. This role sits in Delivery within Customer Solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Ability to map complex problems into clear, structured flow charts.
• Excellent presentation and English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and proactive problem solver.
• People skills and an approachable, trustworthy personality.

Responsabilités

• Coach and guide key users and planners to ensure optimal use of the OMP planning solution.
• Prepare validation workshops and guide validation of business scenario variants.
• Ensure actions support defined KPIs and business objectives.
• Refine planning activities with business process owners within constraints.
• Develop a full-scale training plan for future planning cycle roles.
• Document planning cycles with flow charts and clear instructions.
