OMP is seeking a Senior Product Consultant, Demand Planning, to blend deep Demand Planning expertise with hands-on implementation experience, helping evolve our Demand Planning solution. You will collaborate with customers, solution architects, and product teams to support advanced Demand Planning functionality and complex business scenarios, shaping future product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in Demand Planning, supply chain planning software, business analysis, or software implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning processes and challenges.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong judgement balancing customer needs, implementation realities, and product considerations.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex topics.

Responsabilités

• Grow deep expertise in OMP's Demand Planning solution and related business processes.
• Support strategic customer projects involving advanced functionality and pilot implementations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex Demand Planning challenges.
• Support solution architects and implementation consultants with specialist knowledge.
• Represent customer and implementation feedback towards product management and development.
• Contribute to best practices, training, and knowledge sharing within the Demand Planning domain.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to shape future product enhancements.
