OMP Belgium is seeking a dedicated user engagement consultant to coach our customers’ key users and planners in using the OMP planning solution effectively. You will guide them through the fundamentals of supply chain planning and serve as the primary contact for tool-related questions.

Your role includes preparing validation workshops, aligning planning actions with KPIs, refining planning activities within constraints, and documenting the planning cycle.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and guides our customers’ key users and planners to ensure the optimal use of the OMP planning solution.
• Trains users on the fundamentals of supply chain planning to maximize system adoption.
• Acts as the first point of contact for key users, planners, and subject matter experts for tool-related questions.
