OMP Belgium is seeking a user engagement consultant to coach and guide our customers’ key users and planners in maximizing the value of the OMP planning solution. You will train, validate scenarios, and help refine planning actions to meet business KPIs, while documenting processes and sharing best practices.

You will also lead workshops, assist with master data quality improvements, and develop comprehensive training plans for future roles in the planning cycle.

Qualifications

• Coaching customers’ key users and planners to maximize utilization of the OMP planning solution.
• Experience delivering training sessions and facilitating user learning.
• Ability to document processes and create clear guidelines for end users.

Responsabilités

• Coach customers’ key users and planners to ensure optimal use of the OMP planning solution.
• Prepare validation workshops and guide the validation of all possible business scenario variants.
• Ensure planning actions support the business objectives and KPIs defined in the design phase.
• Guide the business process owner to refine planning activities into planning actions within all relevant constraints.
• Share best practices and useful tips for maximum planner satisfaction.
• Document the planning cycle into flow charts and clear instruction.
• Guide customers to improve the master data quality needed by the planning software.
• Develop a full-scale training plan for the different future planning cycle roles.
