As a Senior Product Consultant, Demand Planning, you will combine domain expertise with hands-on implementation to evolve OMP's solution and rollout new capabilities across customers.

You will collaborate with customers, architects, and product teams, shaping future enhancements and contributing to best practices and training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in Demand Planning or related software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning processes and challenges.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong affinity with software products and IT systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Grow deep expertise in OMP's Demand Planning solution and related processes.
• Support strategic customer projects involving advanced functionality and pilot implementations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex Demand Planning challenges.
• Support solution architects and implementation consultants with specialist knowledge.
• Represent customer and implementation feedback to product management and development.
• Contribute to best practices, training, and knowledge sharing within the Demand Planning domain.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to shape future enhancements.
