Job summary

Filoform, Belgium-based account management role, is seeking a commercially driven sales professional to grow the Belgian market. You will work from home in Belgium with regular travel across Belgium and the Benelux region, managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.

You will deliver revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor Filoform solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong commercial drive and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building in Dutch, English and French.
• Full driving licence (B) and willingness to travel within Belgium and Benelux.
• Experience using structured sales processes and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales targets across the Belgian market in line with Benelux strategy.
• Prospect, map markets and develop a structured pipeline for new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, positioning Filoform as a trusted partner.
• Develop account plans and identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and technical-commercial presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to order and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
