Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking an Account Manager for the Belgian market to own a portfolio of around 30 mid-level marketplace partners and help them unlock growth. You’ll work within an international Customer Success team, balancing autonomy with strong team support.

You will turn KPIs into action, identify opportunities in assortment, pricing and revenue, and collaborate on cross-functional projects including CRM rollout, while leveraging Excel and Dutch-language communication in a multilingual

Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management or related fields.
Strong KPI understanding and ability to turn data into insights.
Excellent Dutch communication; English proficiency in an international team.

Responsibilities

Own around 30 marketplace partners and drive growth through data-driven conversations.
Identify opportunities in assortment, pricing, revenue and ad spend.
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate on cross-functional projects and process improvements.
Partner with Customer Success, KAM, Retail Media and other stakeholders.
Explore how AI tools can streamline information processing and daily tasks.
