Conectys is seeking a Client Success & Transformation Manager to own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of global clients. The role focuses on strategic transformation, turning stable accounts into growing partnerships through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and redesigned processes.

You will influence operations, quality, training, technology, and finance teams to deliver a single, coherent client plan.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and ability to speak with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing client relationships across multiple accounts and geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes across operations, quality, training, and technology without formal authority.

Responsabilités

• Own the client relationship as the strategic contact and drive governance cadences (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align local delivery with global standards and commitments.
• Transform concerns into business value through automation, AI-enabled tooling, and process redesign.
• Navigate contract and commercial considerations as client needs evolve while protecting the business.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expanded scope based on delivered results.
