NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Client Manager to own and grow strategic client relationships across our solutions. You will drive land, expansion and renewals, manage pipelines and forecasts, and serve as the primary contact for clients across the lifecycle.

You will work with vendors and partners to articulate value, identify opportunities, and foster governance and compliance to manage risk. Strong client engagement and Salesforce experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in global partner management and sales environments.
• Experience in IT or professional services, focusing on business development and/or sales.
• Strong business acumen in sales, planning and leveraging tools.
• Knowledge of offerings, client applications, use cases and market trends.
• Ability to link high-value services to client needs and outcomes.
• Experience identifying opportunities and coordinating resources to close sales.
• Excellent client engagement and management skills to drive growth.
• Prior experience with Salesforce.com contact platform.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a sales-related field.
