Capgemini Invent in Brussels is seeking a (Senior) Manager to drive digital transformation through enterprise architecture consulting. The position involves working with clients to assess their architecture needs and implementing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have 4-10 years of experience in IT consulting, strong analytical skills, and a Master’s degree in a relevant field. The company offers flexibility in work location and opportunities for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy.
• Solid understanding of key architecture principles, frameworks, and standards.
• Experience in conducting architecture maturity assessments and roadmap development.
• Strong project management skills in line with industry standards.
• Fluency in English and at least French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Work with clients to assess their enterprise architecture and application needs.
• Support the development and implementation of architecture strategies and governance models.
• Conduct architecture assessments and capability reviews.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects integrating business, technology, and organization perspectives.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
