Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist (SaaS | SQL) based in Belgium for a fully remote role. You will troubleshoot complex production issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment, using SQL to diagnose data problems and support root-cause analysis.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, monitor production systems, and contribute to documentation and improvements.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of SaaS technical support experience.
Strong SQL skills to diagnose production data issues.
Experience supporting production web apps with high availability.
Cross-layer troubleshooting across databases, apps, and networks.
Strong English communication; able to explain complex issues.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot production issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers in a live SaaS environment.
Use SQL for diagnostics and root-cause analysis to identify data inconsistencies.
Maintain system performance by identifying bottlenecks and monitoring production environments.
Collaborate with engineering to resolve persistent or advanced issues.
Monitor, log, and diagnose to support reliability of business-critical systems.
Improve internal documentation and troubleshooting processes.
Support systems across MS Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular and integrations.
Investigate integrations and issues (SSO, payments, Power BI).
