Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an analytical PPC Specialist based in Belgium for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across search engines and social platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

You will own campaign planning, execution, performance analysis, and budget management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align paid media with broader marketing goals. Continuous testing and CRO will be essential to improve results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on PPC and paid media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, budget allocations, and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and social platforms.
• Create and test ad copy, organize campaign structures, and optimize messaging.
• Track CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impressions, and conversions; adjust bids and budgets.
• Collaborate with teams to improve landing pages, forms, and user journeys.
• Implement conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixels, and GA tagging.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Forecast traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI using historical data.
