Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Belgium is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta) to own paid acquisition across Google and Meta, scale an account spending over $100,000 monthly, and build campaigns from the ground up in a remote setting with senior leadership.

You will leverage AI-powered tools for research, creative production, and reporting, manage budgets and KPIs, coordinate with freelancers, and test new channels while focusing on profitable growth and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid acquisition/advertising management.
• Experience managing $50k+ monthly Google Ads spend.
• Experience building Meta campaigns from scratch.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and CAC/LTV.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Google and Meta from research to revenue reporting.
• Scale an established Google Ads account spending >$100k/month across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube.
• Build a Meta advertising account from scratch with testing frameworks.
• Develop AI-powered creatives and reporting workflows.
• Manage budgets, bids, and profitability using margin and LTV data.
• Design structured experiments with clear hypotheses and outcomes.
