Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Belgium is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer to lead paid media strategies for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will own acquisition, optimize campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, and work with growth, creative, and senior stakeholders to translate data into commercial insights.

You will forecast, measure attribution, and contribute to full-funnel optimization to improve CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and profitability, while leveraging a structured onboarding and mentorship program

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Proven experience managing and scaling campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Experience in-house or on-brand is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads to drive growth.
• Develop structured testing strategies across channels, creative assets, audiences, offers and funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets with data-driven investment and allocation decisions.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies, identify growth opportunities, and improve profitability.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, and payback periods.
