MakeWaves is seeking a Medior Performance Marketer in Antwerp to own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns. You will lead the setup, testing, and scale of media buys across search and social networks, driving measurable revenue growth.

The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to elevate landing page performance and user experience. A competitive Belgian compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Hands-on knowledge of paid media channels, bid management, and tracking architectures (GTM, pixels, UTM).
• Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving and independence.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Set up, manage, and scale complex paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms.
• Execute rigorous A/B testing and CRO experiments to maximize campaign efficacy.
• Construct and maintain transparent, real-time performance dashboards using GA4 and visualization tools.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to improve landing page performance.
