Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Mech Lead to drive delivery of mechanical and electrical systems for Life Science projects. You will lead MEP teams, guide bid phases, and ensure safety, quality and energy goals are met.

Reporting to regional leadership, you will manage resources, coordinate with contractors, and ensure seamless handover with integrated building services. Flexible/remote working options are available to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical academic or MEP technical qualification.
• Membership of a professional institution such as CIBSE/CIOB/IEI or equivalent.
• IOSH or equivalent health & safety training.
• Planning and programming, project management, Live Energies / Arc Flash training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of the Building Services Strategy Plan.
• Support MEP technical and commercial aspects of the project bid.
• Provide guidance in tendering and awarding MEP packages.
• Ensure MEP teams assess temporary electrical requirements and energy usage.
• Take responsibility for MEP project delivery and team leadership.
