Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking an Electrical Lead to drive the delivery of all electrical systems on life sciences and technology projects. You will provide technical and managerial leadership, ensuring design, installation, testing and commissioning meet safety, quality and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with MEP leads, engineering management and clients to achieve programme, budget and regulatory targets while managing risks and coordinating across discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of electrical delivery on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV distribution, life safety systems.
• Ability to guide engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical team and oversee delivery of all electrical systems on life sciences and technology projects.
• Review design documents and ensure compliance with IEC, BS, IEEE, NFPA standards.
• Coordinate with MEP, engineering management and client teams to meet programme and budget targets.
• Drive health, safety and quality assurance across electrical works.
