Bluesquare is a fast-growing tech company in global health, seeking a Product Sales Engineer to drive customer acquisition, technical demos and seamless integration across health data platforms.

You will work remotely (Africa/Europe time zones) or from Brussels, collaborating with the product team and marketing to align on roadmap and campaigns. Fluent English and French are required for international client interactions.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in health tech, SaaS, or data solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of ETL/ELT and APIs.
• Strong presentation and communication; can address technical and non-technical audiences.
• HubSpot CRM automation, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in international settings.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Identify market actors; conduct discovery sessions, technical demonstrations, and sales presentations.
• Maintain client relationships for retention and expansion; serve as primary contact during integration and adoption.
• Configure HubSpot workflows; lead scoring; integrate HubSpot with Odoo; maintain client data and reports.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and lead qualification; report insights to product development.
