Inizio Engage is seeking a Clinical Software Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Brussels with hybrid work to drive commercialization of a clinical software solution across Belgian hospitals. You will collaborate with physicians, coding teams, and stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or healthcare IT, combined with a strong background in a customer-facing or commercial role.
• Proven experience in field sales, with the ability to manage a territory independently.
• Strong level of self-organization and ownership in planning and executing customer activities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Experience in documenting activities and managing pipelines within a CRM system.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Solid understanding of hospital environments and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder structures.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems, clinical coding, or classifications such as ICD or DRG.
• A mindset characterized by ownership, curiosity, and the ability to translate technology into clinical and operational impact.
