Job summary

Soriva, an international foundation, is seeking a Resources Mobilisation Lead to oversee donor grant management, reporting and stewardship. Based in Belgium, this fully remote role works with grant teams across programmes, finance and MEL.

Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director, the role manages ~15 grants, coordinates submissions, writes donor narratives, maintains relationships with donors, and helps develop grant management processes as Soriva scales.

Qualifications

• Experience managing philanthropic grants in an international foundation or NGO.
• Experience with grant agreements, compliance and reporting.
• Excellent writer able to translate updates into clear donor reports.
• Highly organized with multiple reporting deadlines and relationships.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day administration and stewardship of Soriva's existing philanthropic grants, including reporting deadlines, renewals and compliance requirements.
• Coordinating donor grant submissions, ensuring all necessary documentation, financial information and programme updates are prepared and submitted on time.
• Writing donor reports and narratives, drawing on information provided by programme teams, finance colleagues and the MEL team.
• Acting as a key operational contact for donors, maintaining relationships with grants management teams and responding to queries and requests.
• Reviewing grant agreements, monitoring contractual obligations and ensuring donor requirements are understood and met internally.
• Working closely with the Head of Finance on grant budgets, financial reporting and compliance.
• Managing donor reporting portals, uploading documentation and maintaining accurate grant records.
• Developing and improving grant management processes, reporting calendars and systems as Soriva establishes its internal operations.
• Supporting the wider development function and taking on additional responsibilities as the team continues to grow.
