Damien Foundation in Belgium seeks an experienced fundraising professional to lead donor retention and maximize lifetime value through data-driven journeys and personalized engagement. You will drive multi-channel donor experiences and ensure trust and transparency across all touchpoints.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will align retention priorities with revenue goals, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with ICT and CRM teams to optimize data, segmentation, and automation while upholding

Qualifications

• Define and lead the long-term donor retention strategy.
• Own and optimize the donor lifecycle: welcome, engagement, upgrade, loyalty, reactivation.
• Drive donor retention, lifetime value and sustainable revenue.
• Coordinate stakeholders across donor journey to ensure impact.
