Damien Foundation in Brussels seeks a senior Donor Engagement Lead to drive retention, engagement and lifetime value for individual giving. You will own donor journeys, oversee multi-channel stewardship, and lead data-driven improvements with CRM and automation, collaborating with ICT and Brand teams.

Ideal candidates have a master’s degree and 5+ years in donor lifecycle management, CRM marketing, and data analytics, with fluency in FR/Dutch and strong English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in marketing, sales, economics, communications or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in donor engagement, donor retention, CRM-driven marketing, or lifecycle management.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, professional English.
• Strong organizational, digital mindset and results-focused leadership.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the long-term donor retention strategy and optimize the donor lifecycle.
• Drive donor retention, lifetime value and sustainable revenue from individual giving.
• Lead multi-channel donor stewardship and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate donor journey stakeholders to ensure consistency and impact.
• Strengthen donor loyalty, advocacy and long-term commitment through personalized engagement.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data governance across donor activities.
