Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Compliance Counsel based in Belgium to advise on regulatory requirements for digital products across EU and US. You will work with Product, Marketing and cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks, review features, and support responsible product development.

The role covers consumer protection, advertising compliance, AI governance and sanctions compliance, with an emphasis on governance frameworks and ongoing regulatory monitoring in an international,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of EU and US consumer protection law for digital products.
• Understanding of EU/US marketing compliance and promotional claims.
• Familiarity with EU and US digital legislation for platforms and AI governance.
• Knowledge of Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal English and Russian (B2 level).
• Strong analytical and research capabilities to translate requirements into guidance.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate risks clearly.
• Collaborative cross-functional work in an international remote-first setting.
• Proactive, adaptable approach to digital products and evolving regs.

Responsibilities

• Review product specs for websites and apps to ensure compliance.
• Review advertising materials for consumer protection and claims.
• Monitor regulatory developments in EU and US and communicate updates.
• Track sanctions regulatory developments and maintain internal policies.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and playbooks.
• Review AI-enabled products for governance and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and other stakeholders.
