Qualifications

• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in the jurisdiction of the position.
• 10 years of attorney-level experience in government, in‑house, or at a law firm.
• Experience in advising on Digital Services Act (DSA) issues and engaging with regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement across regulators across EMEA and ensure consistency across issues.
• Translate legislation and obligations into design and product compliance ideas with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide legal advice and insights to internal teams, review proposed product designs for regulatory risks.
• Advise on product launches and business deals to navigate regulatory risks.
