An international service provider is looking for a Freelance Payroll Specialist to manage the full payroll cycle for employees. The role requires dealing with end-to-end payroll processing and HR administration while supporting strategic HR projects. Ideal candidates must have experience with payroll processing and time tracking systems, along with fluency in Dutch and a good command of French. This freelance contract will last for 8 months starting in June, with the possibility of remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with end-to-end payroll processing and time tracking.
• Ability to calculate holiday pay and year-end bonuses independently.
• Solid knowledge of social legislation.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing using Acerta Connect.
• Accurately calculate and process holiday pay and bonuses.
• Monitor and manage the time registration system.
• Manage HR administration and personnel files.
• Act as a point of contact for payroll questions.
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects.
