You will shape the team’s vision, set clear goals, and drive continuous improvements while aligning roadmaps with business objectives. You will lead a security team across Europe in a fully remote, Pan-European setup, champion modern

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in cyber security engineering.
• Experience leading an engineering-focused department.
• Willingness to spend ~50% hands-on activity.
• Ability to align technical decisions with business goals.

Responsabilités

• Shape and execute the security engineering strategy across SDLC.
• Lead and mentor security and platform engineers.
• Architect secure cloud environments; manage IAM and access controls.
• Elevate compliance readiness with ISO 27001 / SOC 2 and audit support.
• Collaborate with Security, Platform, and Product teams on secure solutions.
