Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment on-site for customers across the Benelux region. The role reports to the Service Team Leader and covers the Belgium area from a remote work base.

You will visit customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and fault analysis, collaborate with Sales, and provide input to improve product reliability while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electronic direction.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Visit customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with Sales for opportunities and escalations.
• Provide input to improve product reliability and feedback to the business units and field services.
• Coordinate with Technical Assistance Centre to ensure smooth processes and information flow.
