Leica Biosystems is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and troubleshoot biomedical equipment on-site across the Benelux region. The role reports to the Service Team Leader and is part of the NEE Service Team located in Belgium, with remote coverage.

You will visit customers for installations and preventive maintenance, support fault analysis, and coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational degree in Mechanical or Electronic direction.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Excellent communicator with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate issues to customers and act as a problem-solver.

Responsabilités

• Visiting customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades.
• Contribute to Customer Satisfaction, Return Call Rate, Preventive Maintenance Planning & Utilization.
• Provide input to improve product reliability and feedback to business units and field services.
• Cooperate with the Technical Assistance Centre Support Team for smooth processes.
• Work closely with Sales teams for opportunities and escalations.
