Job summary

Bruker seeks a Technical Sales Manager Explosives Trace Detection (ETD) to drive sales, market development and project management across international markets. The role includes managing agents, distributors, and key customers while providing market intelligence to the business.

Although based in Europe, the position can be Remote or Hybrid across our offices in Europe or the Middle East, with willingness to travel internationally to support customers and projects.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales preferentially in defence or safety & security markets.
• Natural team player with ability to build confidence and relationships across the company.
• Ability to operate independently in national and international markets.
• Fluent English required; MS Office, SAP and Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
• Prepared to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Meet set sales objectives.
• Understand customer’s organisational structures to define and meet product requirements.
• Set up and maintain details of all sales opportunities to produce and review capture plans for each opportunity.
• Manage developed or allocated Sales Projects.
• Plan, organise and participate in conferences and exhibitions; deliver customer presentations and demonstrations.
