Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven success in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong track record of growing revenue and developing markets in Europe (Benelux, France, Italy).
• Experience with distributor/channel sales and key account management.
• Comfortable with direct and indirect sales models and multi-channel strategies.
• Fluent English; French/Italian/Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth and commercial performance across France, Italy, and Benelux.
• Own regional forecasting, budgets, priorities, and resource decisions.
• Hire, coach and develop a high-performing remote sales team.
• Develop and execute regional distributor and channel strategy; strengthen partnerships.
• Represent Fieldpiece with customers, distributors, and at industry events; drive key accounts.
