Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Support Operations Specialist to own and optimize an AI-powered customer support agent in a fully remote setup. You will work at the intersection of AI operations, customer care, and product development, refining workflows and ensuring high-quality customer interactions while enabling smooth handoffs to human support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Intercom Fin experience configuring workflows and guidance with measurable results.
• Strong written and verbal communication for empathetic, accurate customer responses.
• Analytical skills to identify patterns, root causes, and measure impact of changes.
• Comfort discussing integrations, workflows, and implementation with engineering teams.
• Interest in AI-powered support technologies and willingness to experiment.

Responsibilities

• Own AI support performance, improve resolution rates, accuracy, and escalation decisions.
• Maintain accurate knowledge with policy/product teams for reliable responses.
• Analyze performance to identify recurring issues and prioritize improvements.
• Design tests, document results, and evaluate impact of changes.
• Refine AI behavior and workflows to ensure clear, empathetic, accurate interactions.
• Improve human handoffs for advanced requests.
• Expand AI capabilities across products and journeys.
• Stay updated on AI features and run targeted experiments.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and knowledge owners to resolve issues.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to Customer Care leadership.
