Lighthouse is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer for Marketing to drive AI-powered transformations across our marketing operations. You will design and implement AI workflows, collaborate with domain experts, and build scalable integrations to optimize processes and outcomes.

You'll work with a decentralized AI specialist team, contribute to roadmap planning, and deliver tangible business value through AI-enabled solutions in a fast-growing hospitality tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in software/AI engineering applied to business use cases.
• Proven ability to design and implement AI-driven workflows in production.
• Strong understanding of marketing domain and business impact.
• Fluent English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
