• 3+ years building and shipping software or data systems relied on by users.
• Hands-on experience turning LLMS/tools demos into production-ready solutions.
• Experience working near business teams and owning end-to-end delivery.

Responsabilités

• Decide what to build by mapping actual work, bottlenecks, and data feasibility.
• Build agentic workflows and RAG-based assistants integrated with client data.
• Define handoffs between automation and human review to ensure trust and adoption.
• Set up evaluation and monitoring to prove value over time.
• Train users and engineers; document the solution for long-term run-rate.
