Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No prior customer service experience is needed; comprehensive training, relocation support, and a clear path to grow are provided.

You'll be the first contact for customers via phone, chat, and email, handling orders, product details, invoicing, and complaints. Growth paths include mentoring, training, and QA roles. Remote from Greece with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch language required (C1).
• English at B2 level for training.
• Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach.
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email.
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints.
• Work with a range of internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions.
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers.
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist.
