Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team. No prior customer service experience needed; full training is provided and a relocation package is offered.

You'll handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, resolve post-sales issues, and grow into mentor, trainer, or QA roles. Work remotely from Greece with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• C1 Dutch language proficiency.
• English at B2 level (used for training).
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
