Job summary

Barrington James is seeking a Territory Sales Manager with CT imaging expertise to drive sales across Belgium from a remote base. The role focuses on expanding partnerships with hospitals, universities and diagnostic providers, and identifying replacement cycles and new installations.

You will work with radiologists, procurement teams and hospital management to craft commercial strategies, manage capital equipment negotiations, and ensure customers maximize ROI from imaging investments.

Qualifications

• Experience selling CT systems or high-value imaging equipment.
• Strong network within Belgian hospital and radiology market.
• Experience closing capital equipment deals with lengthy sales cycles.
• Understanding of Belgian healthcare procurement and tender processes.
• Able to engage with clinicians and senior commercial decision-makers.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English.
• Based in Belgium and willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of CT sales and business development across Belgium, growing revenue and market share.
• Develop relationships with hospital groups, university hospitals, private imaging centres, and diagnostic providers.
• Identify CT replacement cycles, new installations and opportunities for next-generation imaging technology.
• Collaborate with radiologists, department heads, medical physicists, procurement teams and hospital management.
• Create commercial strategies around hospital investments, upgrades and clinical needs.
• Manage complex capital equipment negotiations from clinical engagement to contract.
• Coordinate with clinical applications and technical teams to maximize imaging ROI for customers.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to European sales leadership.
