Job summary

Barrington James is seeking a Territory Sales Manager with CT imaging expertise to drive sales across Belgium from a remote base. The role focuses on expanding partnerships with hospitals, universities and diagnostic providers, and identifying replacement cycles and new installations.

You will work with radiologists, procurement teams and hospital management to craft commercial strategies, manage capital equipment negotiations, and ensure customers maximize ROI from imaging investments.

Qualifications

• Experience selling CT systems or high-value imaging equipment.
• Strong network within Belgian hospital and radiology market.
• Experience closing capital equipment deals with lengthy sales cycles.
• Understanding of Belgian healthcare procurement and tender processes.
• Able to engage with clinicians and senior commercial decision-makers.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English.
• Based in Belgium and willing to travel nationwide.

The role

• Identify CT replacement cycles, new installations and opportunities to introduce next-generation imaging technology.
• Work closely with radiologists, radiology department heads, medical physicists, procurement teams and hospital management.
• Build commercial strategies around hospital investment plans, equipment upgrades and changing clinical requirements.
• Manage complex capital equipment negotiations, from initial clinical engagement through to commercial agreement.
• Partner with clinical applications and technical teams to ensure customers get the most from their imaging investment.
• Bring market intelligence and competitor insight back to the wider European sales leadership team.
