Partner Company in Belgium seeks a motivated Virtual Assistant for bilingual outreach and award qualification. You will connect with members by phone, SMS, and email, guiding them through a structured recognition process while maintaining accurate CRM records.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, data management, and independent work within a remote team. Prior customer support and CRM experience are preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent spoken English and professional phone presence.
• Experience with outbound outreach and CRM systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to members via phone, SMS, and email.
• Explain purpose of outreach and the award-recognition initiative clearly.
• Follow scripts and qualification processes with a natural, personable approach.
• Build rapport and encourage participation in qualification process.
• Ask questions accurately, guide surveys, and collect required information.
