• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Process and manage customer orders.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Provide proactive updates on deliveries, lead times and order status.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely, solution-oriented way.
• Support improvements in customer service processes.
• Determine suitable shipping methods and calculate freight charges.
• Organize shipments and coordinate with traffic department.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to enhance customer experience.
