FILOform, part of the CRH group, seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to drive the introduction and development of the FILOform & Wallmax portfolio in Belgium. The role focuses on building and expanding client relationships, translating needs into solutions, and achieving sales targets.

You will travel within Belgium and occasionally to the Netherlands or the UK, while largely operating from a home office. Fluent English, Dutch and French are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master background with senior technical sales experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement local sales strategy to secure market share for Belgium.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing clients across Telecom, Data, Infrastructure and Energy.
• Translate client challenges into qualitative solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide monthly sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager BENE.
• Maintain CRM updates and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
