• Willingness to travel up to 40% and operate across Benelux, Nordics, and Baltics.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem and product deployments.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, customers, and delivery partners.
• Follow up on customer requests and support existing customers.
• Manage tickets and RMA, guiding issue identification through adoption lifecycle.
• Coordinate regular calls with customers and schedule updates.
• Travel up to 40% nationally and internationally as required.
• Proactively suggest innovations to keep customers successful with Axon products.
