Job summary

Axon is seeking an Embedded Technical Account Manager to act as the technical face of Dedrone within Europe, managing in-country customer relationships and driving deployment success. You will handle sensor systems, C2 configurations, and field deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps.

Location is remote with on-site visits to Geel, Belgium; EU citizenship is required for security clearance, and you will report to the Manager, Technical Account

Qualifications

• EU citizenship for security clearance purposes.
• 5+ years in IT, network engineering, RF/sensor field engineering, or deployment roles.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships and technical projects.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Perform test flights with drones to verify sensor performance.
• Configure drones for automated circle flights and analyze server data.
• Serve as primary technical liaison between Dedrone and the customer program office.
• Provide hands-on field support across deployment lifecycle.
• Monitor tickets and coordinate escalations to R&D when needed.
