Job summary

Axon is seeking a Deployment Engineer in Belgium to drive customer success and the technical adoption of Axon products across Public Safety and adjacent sectors. You’ll be the expert across the Axon ecosystem, collaborating with customers and partners to ensure successful deployments while traveling up to 40%.

You will lead installations, coordinate regular calls, and support the sales team in maintaining strong customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong technical foundation including networking, SaaS platforms, identity management, and enterprise software administration.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% across Benelux, Nordics, and Baltics.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem, maintaining deep knowledge of current and expanding deployments.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and strategic delivery partners.
• Follow-up on all customer requests and support the sales team in maintaining existing customers.
• Manage tickets and RMAs and coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of the adoption.
• Travel up to 40% nationally and internationally as required.
