Job summary

Axon is seeking a Deployment Engineer to drive customer success and technical adoption of Axon products in the Public Safety sector across the region. You will work remotely with travel up to 40% to customer sites and coordinate with customers, Axon teams, and partners to ensure successful deployments.

You will be the technical expert, handling complex networking, SaaS platforms, identity management, and enterprise software administration while expanding deployments and ensuring customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication is essential.
• Tactically focused on managing customer success adoption.
• Mission driven mentality, highly motivated, with a drive to execute on tasks.
• Strong technical foundation across networking, SaaS platforms, identity management, and enterprise software administration.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem and maintain knowledge of deployments.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and delivery partners.
• Follow-up on all customer requests and coordinate with sales to support existing customers.
• Manage tickets and RMA and guide issues through the adoption lifecycle.
